Everything you need to know before booking. If we missed something, just ask.

How far in advance should we book?
2–3 weeks gives us enough time to brand the flow and prep hardware. For weddings and large sponsor activations, 4+ weeks is safer.
Can we combine services — say, ticketing and a photobooth?
Yes — most clients run 2–3 together. The QR badge from ticketing doubles as check-in at any booth, so it's usually cheaper to bundle than book separately.
What do sponsors actually receive after the event?
A clean, exportable lead list from every badge scan at their stall — handed over before they leave the venue.
Do you travel outside the city?

What if a booth or the wifi goes down on the day?
Every setup is tested and backed up before doors open, and our team is on-site for the full event.
